How we learn

I wish I'd read this article when I was a student - it would have made me feel less guilty about the way I studied, which wasn't the way we were told to study (BORING!). I hated sitting in the same place each day, had to take lots of breaks and changes of where I was studying (outside, different rooms, cafes…).  But I must have been doing something right, I got good marks and finished my PhD in the end…

The book looks interesting too.
